JIM WELLS COUNTY MUDSLINGING: TOWLER HITS BELOW THE BELT AGAINST JUDGE TERRELL
In an act of desperation David Towler lashes out at Judge Richard Terrell by stating that Terrell was incompetent and had to be corrected repeatedly by the 4th Court of appeals. Many in Alice state David has finally crossed the line. But in a straw poll taken the numbers clearly reflect it is likely Terrell will win yet again (63 percent Terrell 37 percen to Towler). Towler better fold up his tent along with his croney lawyers who openly supported him.

Towler got his ass spanked. Ouch. Looks like a long winter for David. Poor bastard. He and his supporters are toast.
Jim Wells. Can you say Box 13. I admire these guys for backing Towler. Terrell is a defense judge.
