Does anyone know why CArlos Valdez does not carry a cell phone or according to rumors not have a computer in his office and run and look up everything using District Clerk computers. That Patsy Perez...you can just smell something is not right at that office of hers. She really knows how to lay low when the bullets fly. Diana DeLeon too. Those clerks. Somethings up.
